2️⃣ I reviewed the content ideas bank (that I keep in TCPF) for CONVERSATION themes that excite me + align with my goals.

I ended up planning content for 2 weeks, posting 3 times per week with 5 conversation themes.

This way, my content is balanced. ⚖️

→ Feeling prepared, haha!

THEN...

I assigned each post a content medium.

And wrote down caption ideas so I don't start from scratch on caption writing day!

In less than 30 minutes, I have two weeks' worth of content ready.

Now, it’s time for a quick stop for breakfast! Who's hungry?!

Feeling the pressure to post — JUST DON'T. Hear

INSPIRATION STRIKES at the oddest time, right? And

INSPIRATION STRIKES at the oddest time, right? And for some reason, it is always when out doing things, filming content, or in the shower, totally unprepared to jot anything down, haha.

As a fellow creative entrepreneur, I totally get it – the pressure to ideate valuable content can feel like a lot.

But…

Here's a lil' trick for managing that stress:

Instead of staring at a blank page (which I've done way too often), I've started to love those random thoughts. I quickly voice-memo them before they're gone. Later, I plug them into The Content Planning Framework, pick a conversation theme, polish them up a bit, and voilà – content that feels like me, not some stiff corporate text.

This kind of content flow helps reduce stress over what to post or feel like I'm falling behind, resulting in less use of Calm to manage it, tbh.

Authentic content that comes from everyday moments —delicious!

Give it a shot! You might just find yourself actually looking forward to content planning.

This simple shift makes content creation way more fun and takes off that pressure of needing everything to be 'perfect.'

Sundays can be a bit of a scramble🍳 —should I chill or work...right?!

I'd been there many times! Until I implemented a practice into my Sunday morning routine that saved a lot of time (and stress!) when planning my weekly content on Monday.

Here’s what works for me—feel free to steal these ideas and make them your own!

🧢 OUTFIT PICKING

The WFH situation can quickly turn into wearing pj's all day, which turns into never feeling ready to capture content or making getting ready a chore.

So, I start by choosing the week's outfits that make me feel good, even working from home. This also gets the creative juices flowing!

🌴 CHILL ZONE

I grab my favourite morning drink, put on some tunes, light up a candle or palo santo and create a cozy atmosphere to work in for the next 30 min.

🌼 KEEP IT SIMPLE with the 1-3-5 method.

Instead of getting lost in a sea of ideas, I focus on one main topic from my ideas bank inside The Content Planning Framework (link in bio!).

THEN I come up with three subtopics and THEN plan five pieces, each aligned to my content conversations (a.k.a. content themes).

Sometimes, I write down ideas for the caption or content medium (Reel, carousel, talking head video, etc.) if they pop up. Otherwise, it is just a conversation idea.

📝 REFLECT ON LAST WEEK

Reflecting and noticing what worked, what didn’t, and what felt good and didn’t has helped tweak the content approach without feeling like starting from scratch.

🥂 CHAMPAGNE MOMENTS

I jot down even the tiniest —f*ck yes!— moments from the week before and add them to the confidence bank, which for me, is a folder in my camera roll where I keep the screenshots. Great for keeping those self-doubts at bay, tbh.

You can make this practice entirely your own! You can choose the day, time, length, and components, whatever fits you. Just remember how your energy feels so you can sustain the practice.

The key is shifting our perspective from "What theme should I post about?" to "What conversations am I having in real life that could resonate with my community?"

This idea applies across industries. For example, in the creative field—people often care more about the stories behind our projects than the technical details. They want to know how our creative process led to a solution.
